Over the past 27 years, guitarist David Locke has skillfully weaved the heady shredding of metal, tricky time signatures of jazz and loaded licks of rock into his own unique brand of progressive rock music.
David has collaborated with celebrated musicians such as Derek Sherinian (Planet X, Ex-Dream Theater) and contributed guest solos to Sebastian Persini's Lost City (other guests including Keyboardist and Producer Alex Argento). In 2011, David was awarded a Walter Trout Vigier Expert guitar by Guitarist magazine, after a solo he composed and performed was hand-picked from hundreds of entries by Walter Trout himself.
This is my first, official Album. It's a journey through my life, with songs written over the years, now re-worked and recorded over the past 9 months. From Progressive to more subtle styles, there is something for most music lovers to appreciate. I would like to thank everybody who has supported me throughout the years, and I hope I've made them proud.View
This album has certainly taken a long time to put together, and has even seen some stylistic changes over the past year of writing and recording. I've tried to create music that can be challenging at times, but always retaining a strong melody. With the addition now of Orchestral parts, I think this album has a much bigger sound than my debut.View
